Views of the land

Land has been secured in Dhulikhel, east of Kathmandu. The pictures below show we have managed to get a nice bit of land, thanks to the great work of our partners Help Nepal. We are waiting for site plans to come back from Nepal so we can incorporate the ecology aspects we wish to install to make the shelter as eco friendly as it possibly can. The reason for having so much land is so the children can grow their own vegetables allowing them to have as much self sufficiency as possible helping their self esteem and education.

Keep your eyes on this page for a constant update on how the land is going. We start building in October and hope to have our first children in the shelter by next January.
